Don’ts
- Waste Water
- Throw any solid waste in the toilet or wash basin.
- Throw waste food on the ground.
- Play with the resources like switch board, regulators and other electrical gadgets.
- Go out of the school premises.
- Damage school property, vehicles etc.
Do’s
- Give the entry form correctly.
- Co-operate with the judges and officials.
- Maintain proper discipline & decorum.
- Pay attention to the announcements.
- Reach the play area in time.
- Board the allotted bus as per schedule and with escort teachers only.
- Take food only in the allotted place.
- Adhere to the schedule of Food committee.
- Use the suggestion box for positive and proper suggestion always, which is in front of Principal's office.
- Follow the rules of the game in the true sportsman spirit.
- Meet the competent authority to inform any grievances.
- Keep the windows closed during evenings.
- Keep your money & valuables along with you and not in the rooms.
- Check the names in the certificates before you leave the Vidyalaya on 25.10.2013 and inform immediately for corrections, if any.
- During the games escort teacher should be in the play area.
- While taking the weight escort teacher should come along with the child and certify.
- 25th by 11:00AM – All the issued materials should be returned to the accommodation committee and an NOC is to be obtained to get the relieving order.Wish you all the Best and a memorable stay.
